​Town Party Artisan Booth Request
    We welcome Windward artisans, and try to accommodate a broad variety of artwork at the Town Party.
    ​Please submit this form to request an application for a space in our “Art in the Park” section.
    Note that artisans are allowed to sell 2-D original art, prints, photos, and note cards,
    ​but may also sell up to 25% of 3-D art.
    Note that artisans     may not sell food items, and no items can be sold that read “I Love Kailua”.
    All booths must have a current tagged 2A:10BC rated fire extinguisher.
    You are not allowed, under any circumstances, to bring your vehicle onto the street for loading and unloading, so please plan accordingly.






    ​Town Party Crafter Booth Request
    We try to include a broad selection of crafts for our party goers.
    ​Please submit this form to request an application for a Town Party Crafter Booth.
    Note that c    rafters may not sell food items.
    You may sell T-Shirts in addition to other items, but no T-Shirt only vendors will be accepted.
    Also, no items can be sold that read “I Love Kailua”.
    All booths must have a current tagged 2A:10BC rated fire extinguisher.

    Note that non-profits are allowed to solicit donations and memberships,
    ​but no     sales of any kind, or activities for which a fee is charged, are allowed.
